Allie is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for helping people fall in love with food and feel better in their own bodies. Her quest for wellness began years ago when her little sister was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Allie learned the power of food as medicine, and she dedicated her life to bringing this life-changing education to others. While she is not working with individuals, she is teaching nutrition classes to underserved populations with the nonprofit, Cooking Well, which she assisted in the creation of. She also helps manage her husband's Horticulture company. With any time, that's left, you can find her on their homestead tending their garden or building a chicken coop.
